The Ip-1000rx is a versatile HDMI receiver designed to work with the Catline IP-1000TX transmitter. It allows HDMI signals to be extended over CAT5e/6 cables up to 120 meters, making it ideal for distributing signals from a computer or set-top box to various monitors. With support for up to 127 receivers connected to a single transmitter, it offers extensive scalability for both home and business networks.
The receiver includes an external IR eye, enabling remote control functionality to be distributed backwards at 38 MHz. It supports HDMI Version 1.3 and a range of resolutions from SDTV to HDTV, including 1080p. For longer distances, the system can extend up to 240 meters with intermediate switches, requiring a Gigabit Ethernet Switch for network integration.
Installation is straightforward with a Plug and Play setup, requiring no configuration. The system can be distributed using a standard 1 Gbit router or switch that is IGMP compatible, providing a flexible and efficient solution for HDMI signal distribution.
