For non-print-head replacement issues, the service aims to have an engineer onsite within one day of receiving a call. Please note that the service does not cover the replacement of maintenance items or parts that have reached the end of their life. Additionally, the package includes training for one key user on print head replacement and maintenance, ensuring you can effectively manage your EPSON product.
