The last 15 cm of the cord in RadiCover's headsets is an air tube (hence the name), and radiation can not be led into the air tube. 

Sound: 
As the sound is emitted acoustically it will not have the same timbre and bass like traditonal headsets. So do not expect great HIFI sound for music. But it is great for conversations.
