In both cases, a receipt/proof of purchase and serial number as well as a description of the issue are required.

Log in to our website and click on the RMA field, which can be found under "My pages". Register your application. It is important that all fields are filled in. This is for more efficient handling. When we have received your application, we will normally return the same day with information about how the case is to be handled.
