Support Mayku

Tura Scandinavia no longer distribute Mayku. 
All support and troubleshooting is handled by Mayku.

As a FormBox end user, you can contact Mayku directly via hello@mayku.me or via their home page to log a Faulty FormBox fault or query.

The Faulty FormBox should not be returned to the reseller but returned directly to Mayku.

Mayku customer support helps with troubleshooting and faulty FormBox returns as soon as your support ticket has been created.

If the end user is within warranty - Mayku will liaise with TURA to either arrange delivery of a replacement FormBox, spare part or arrange repair of the faulty machine.
