  1. PRODUCT CODE – OFTEN FOUND DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT

  2. SERIAL NUMBER – OFTEN FOUND DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT

  3. RECEIPT/INVOICE COPY

  4. DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE

  5. PHOTO OR, IF NEEDED, VIDEO OF THE ISSUE

  6. REGISTERED EXTENDED WARRANTY?

MANFROTTO – BAGS = CLAIM:

  1. PHOTO OF THE WHITE PAPER IN THE BAG WITH LOT/SERIAL NUMBER

  2. RECEIPT/INVOICE COPY

  3. DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE

  4. PHOTO OR, IF NEEDED, VIDEO OF THE ISSUE

  5. REGISTERED EXTENDED WARRANTY?
