The following is required from you/your customer to ensure the fastest possible handling for each brand. If everything is provided from the start, the process continues without follow-up questions, resulting in a quicker solution.

  1. Photo of the white label inside the bag showing the LOT/serial number

  2. Copy of receipt/invoice

  3. Description of the defect

  4. Photo or, if needed, video of the defect

Warranty

Lowepro offers 2 year warranty. The guarantee covers products purchased in Sweden. Receipt is required. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects are regulated in Sweden in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. In these cases, you should always complain about the product in the store where you bought it.
