Koss limited lifetime warranty 

We offer a warranty on the Koss Stereophones supplied by our authorized dealers. As the agent for Koss in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, we can not take responsibility for products sold outside of our control. In these cases, the consumer must go to the place of purchase which in turn must contact their provider for action.

The warranty includes

The warranty applies only the original user or purchaser. The warranty is only valid if you have a receipt. The warranty covers only normal use of the product over all its product life.

The warranty does not include

  • Any shipping cost

  • Action of faults encountered at abnormal use

  • Ripped of cables

  • Removal of foreign object from the drivers

  • Replacement of ear cushions

  • Blasted speaker drivers

Claims

A complaint of a manufacturing defect are in Sweden governed under the binding Konsumentköplagen. In these cases, always make your complaints at your place of purchase. If you have a Koss product that meets the above criteria for a warranty claim, make your complaints at your place of purchase. Exception is if you are going to complain a pair of Koss Porta Pro and the warranty conditions are fulfilled. In these cases, please make the complaint yourself by emailing rma@turascandinavia.com.

Replace element

Changing elements on the headphones is easy. If you are replacing the element on the Porta Pro, it is good to know that the left side is marked with silver on the element itself.
