Before a product is claimed under warranty, it is recommended that troubleshooting is performed. Assistance, information, and customer service are available here. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact your place of purchase for a claim or service. A receipt from the time of purchase should always be presented.

Reseller

E-mail with information about the product with product code and error description is sent to: rma@turascandinavia.com where after you will be informed if the product must be sent in for troubleshooting/repair or if the product is covered by a warranty where it can be replaced/credited directly.
