Support Flashforge

Consumer and reseller

All support and troubleshooting is handled by Flashforge.

If you're a consumer, please make a case to the supplier by sending an email to support@flashforge.com. This email should include type of printer, serial number, error description and a picture or video of the problem.

When a warranty issue has been established by Flashforge, the reseller must make a registration here. Please enter Flashforge's case number / Ticket-no. in the application. As soon as your case is registered, we look at this and provide feedback with instructions on what will happen. Our goal is to return the same day with a response to the application made.

Warranty

On products from Flashforge, we offer a two year warranty.
