Contact your reseller for complaints or service. Receipt from the time of purchase must always be presented. 

Reseller

An E-mail with product information with product code and error description should be sent to: rma@turascandinavia.com. After this, you'll get information whether the product should be sent in for troubleshooting / repair, or if the product is covered by a warranty where it can be replaced / credited directly.

Calibration
