Broken products are replaced with new ones or credited as usual according to Swedish warranty and complaint rules.
Receipt must always be presented by the consumer.

Reseller

We receive complaints from resellers even if they have previously shopped elsewhere. Error description must always be stated.

Tips and tricks

In case the battery of your product has been discharged for a long period of time, you may need to reset the product after the first charging.

Guarantee

On products from Sudio, we offer a three-year global warranty. This applies to both private individuals and retailers. Private individuals can use this warranty through resellers or directly at www.sudio.com. Three years after the purchase date, the products are no longer covered by warranty.
