Broken products are replaced with new ones or credited as usual according to Swedish warranty and complaint rules.

Receipt must always be presented by the consumer.

We receive complaints from retailers even if they have previously shopped elsewhere. Error description must always be stated.

NOTE! Multiroom speakers must always be sent to Tura Nässjö for inspection before RMA is approved.

Warranty

On products from Jays, we offer a two year warranty.
